    Under the command of newly minted Captain Rylen Lyo, the Intrepid comes to Deep Space 12 in the Ba'ku sector for minor refit and crew rotations. With the departure of Captain Lorut Vila on the Pathfinder, there are significant changes within the ranks of the Intrepid crew. New faces in pretty much every department. As the refit and update process concludes, the Intrepid's crew will face their first major test.

    With her refit and updates complete, the Intrepid sets out for a star cluster that Starfleet cartographers refer to 441-2377-1153-Alpha-Eta; colloquially called the Pandora Cluster. The area is mostly unexplored, except form the scant data relayed by an Iliad probe in 2378. The Intrepid's mission is to map the cluster and perform detailed scans and surveys of the major planets and moons. What will the Intrepid find, in this region named for a mythological being that released evil into the world?
